The Coordinator, Paid Media will join the team to coordinate and report on digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring each initiative aligns with business objectives and market-specific priorities.This role serves as a key liaison between local and international teams, managing deliverables, assets, and implementation strategies with a focus on operational efficiency and measurable resultsThe Coordinator, Paid Media will be responsible for: Work collaboratively with the marketing teams of the different business units, while guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.Coordinate end-to-end production of deliverables, with full visibility into the status of each request.Act as the point of contact (POC) for Global teams and advocate for the correct representation of the local priorities.Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance creating reports on different platforms; assist in strategic analysis and recommendations for campaigns.Coordinate planning and results review sessions with the involved teams: BI, stakeholders, and testing teams.Actively contributes to team success by identifying needs, proposing improvements, and supporting execution across various tasks.What we need from you to be part of this story:+2 years of professional experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing roles. Prior experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred.Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.Experience with Paid Media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.Basic level of knowledge on reporting tools (Looker).Skills/key competences: organizational, proactive, analytical thinking, result-oriented, excellent communication and project management skills, problem solving, attention to detail, adaptability.Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
