Whether we’re supporting a multinational Alzheimer’s trial or developing tools to bring cognitive testing into routine care, our work is meaningful, collaborative, and constantly evolving.At Cogstate, we’re not just imagining the future of brain health - we’re building it.That’s why we’re seeking a Coordinator, People Operations & Clinician Network accountable for providing essential Talent Acquisition, HR administrative, and operational support to Cogstate’s Clinician Network and People & Culture (HR) team. This role works collaboratively with managers and senior managers to ensure the successful attraction, selection, onboarding, and ongoing support of employees and clinicians, as well as the accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and operational processes. The position also supports day-to-day coordination of administrative tasks, scheduling, data tracking, and system updates, acting as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient operations across teams. In doing so, the Coordinator contributes to the overall success of Cogstate’s people, talent, and clinician network initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding; maintain candidate pipelines and recordsAssist with Clinician contractingPost and update job ads across platformsScreen resumes and schedule interviewsCoordinate candidate communicationExecute reference checks for candidate finalistsSupport managers through recruitment processAssist with content for internal and external recruiting newslettersMaintain accurate employee data in Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR and JiraGenerate basic reports as requestedAssist with new hire orientation and induction activitiesSupport DEI initiatives and reportingAssist with open enrolment and benefits administrationAssist in the annual engagement surveyProvide general admin support to the People & Culture teamSupport employee engagement initiatives and eventsAssist with internal communications and recognition programsSupport the People & Culture team in championing the organizational culture and ensure the behaviors are aligned with those of the organizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or two years of experience)Prior internship, placement, or early professional experience in HR, recruitment, or administrationExposure to candidate pipeline management and/or supporting recruiters is desirableExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesExperience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismComfort working independently while also contributing to a team environmentAbility to work well as part of a remote teamSkills, Knowledge and Specialist ExpertiseEffective written and oral communication; conflict resolutionHigh attention to detail and accuracy in record keepingWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning new systems and toolsCustomer service mindset with a strong sense of responsivenessDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing prioritiesCollaborative team player with strong relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple projectsCommitment to Cogstate’s core values: Care Deeply, Embrace Change, Focus on the Customer, Act With CourageWhat’s In It For YouRemote Work Practices: Cogstate is a virtual first company.
