Job Description

About CopliCopli is a fast-growing software company improving how the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies create and review marketing content. Over the past years, we have become a trusted partner to top pharma companies worldwide, and our growth is accelerating. We are developing a system that makes the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for promotional materials faster and more reliable. This process is still done entirely by hand in most organizations. Our technology automates key steps, shortens approval timelines, and allows experts to focus on the work that matters most.

Our founders are ex-BCG, ex-Accura, and top AI engineers. We operate with the same analytical rigor and strategic thinking you’d find in top-tier consulting firms. If your goal is to work at a MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in a top-tier strategy role, this is the perfect training ground. Our founders have backgrounds from BCG, Accura, and leading AI engineering teams. We combine the structured thinking of top-tier consulting with the agility of a startup, creating an environment where ambitious and analytical people can thrive.
