Position OverviewWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic VP of Business Development to lead the expansion of our growth ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for identifying, securing, and scaling strategic partnerships across retail, digital health, healthcare providers, corporate wellness, and potential acquisition targets. You’ll help shape the future of Copper Compression by unlocking new revenue channels, amplifying our reach, and solidifying our position as the go-to brand in wearable pain relief. Key Responsibilities -Growth Strategy & Market Expansion·       Define and execute business development strategy aligned with Copper Compression’s brand mission and growth priorities. ·       Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across wholesale retail, e-commerce platforms, digital health channels, and strategic DTC alliances.

·       Explore international market entry opportunities and partnership models to extend global footprint. Strategic Partnerships & Negotiations·       Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, PT/OT clinics, wellness programs, and employer groups. ·       Lead discussions around B2B2C collaborations, including white-labeling, cobranded offerings, and affiliate programs. ·       Assess and structure licensing or distribution deals that expand product penetration in new categories or audiences. Channel Development & Innovation·       Lead the evaluation of new distribution models — from corporate wellness and benefits programs to subscription platforms and healthcare marketplaces.

·       Collaborate with Product and R&D to align commercial strategy with new product launches and innovation roadmaps. ·       Partner with Marketing and Performance teams to co-develop partner campaigns, activation plans, and success metrics. Qualifications·       8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy — ideally in consumer health, wearable tech, or CPG. ·       Proven success in identifying, closing, and scaling multi-channel partnerships and B2B2C opportunities. ·       Strong understanding of healthcare adjacencies, wellness trends, and e-commerce ecosystems. ·       Highly analytical and able to build business cases, forecast ROI, and align strategic initiatives to performance metrics. ·       Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
