This person must be able to execute exceptional copywriting that effectively communicates our brand's message, taking full advantage of the media used. Furthermore, a Copy & Content Design Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, providing seamless content integration for internal teams & initiatives, Accenture studios and departments, and clients and businesses across various channels and platforms. Additionally, the person in this role must lead coordinated efforts with other Specialists, Leaders and Managers in their team to project the development of their business units and the career growth for Copy & Content Analysts and Senior Analysts.For this position, it is crucial that the person can adapt their writing style to several formats. It is also key to this role to have a deep understanding of the English and Spanish languages to translate, transcribe and adapt texts as required properly.A Copy & Content Design Specialist should be able to proofread texts, scripts and any other material and intuitively adapt to the tone of voice and messages required by customers. This person should clearly understand the project’s goals and confidently communicate with stakeholders and supervisors if needed.Creativity, proactivity and problem-solving skills are fundamental for this role to transmit their knowledge and add value to our delivery.This role requires a professional who understands the daily routines, processes, challenges and opportunities of their teammates, accounts and business unit. At the same time, a Copy & Content Design Specialist must have an integral perspective of how the global company, our center, their vertical, their teams and people operate and relate to each other to create symbiosis and effective organizational plans between the small and big scopes of development.Key Responsibilities: The Copy & Content Designer should have a deep understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their objectives, and the ability to generate relevant and on point copy for every brief. Their content should attract, inform and engage target audiences while delivering the intended business message. Working alongside designers and program managers, the copywriter must be a keen team player and be able to contribute practical and innovative ideas. The Copy & Content Designer will generate and edit various communication materials, such as websites, social media, instructions, business writing, etc.The Copy & Content Designer must be able to handle clients and teams from different industries.This professional will be responsible for presenting and defending proposals to teams and clients.The Copy & Content Designer should have problem-solving skills used to fulfill client requests with the best strategy and defined formats.As a Creative Subject Matter Expert, this professional helps to guide, teach and work with clients to find the best solutions and strategies that meet their business and marketing needs as well as communicating the solutions and strategies to other teammates and Accenture leadership.The person in this role must keep track of specific requirements and due dates with minimal supervision.A Copy & Content Design Specialist is also a Creative Subject Matter Expert that collaboratively ensures the well and relevant management, detailed time and cost estimation of projects and experienced-based task distribution of the Copy & Content Design capability.This professional leads efforts to empower and create new opportunities for the Copy & Content Design offering to grow as a capability, enhance the overall quality of creative professionals and enable career growth of other Copy & Content Design members.The person in this role collaboratively oversees the career growth of the entire Copy & Content Design capability to ensure business needs are met while enabling more personalized and experienced-based career growth paths of other team members.As a CL9 Copy & Content Designer, this person must be skilled in integrating generative AI tools for content ideation through detailed writing prompts, ensuring a blend of human creativity and AI efficiency to enhance the creative process.Experience in mentoring and coaching team members on the effective use of generative AI tools in the copywriting process, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.General ExperienceOver 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field working with healthcare or pharmaceutical accountsBachelor’s degree or greater in communications, advertising, languages, journalism or related fieldsFluently speak English and Spanish to work with international teams from LATAM, North America and othersDemonstrate knowledge of various copywriting formats and tones.Proven expertise in elaborating creative strategies based on industry, target audience and market trends, incorporating relevant language specific to the field.SkillsAdvanced knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare IndustryAdvanced Familiarity with Regulatory ComplianceExpert in Ethical Considerations for Life SciencesExpert Knowledge of Health Services MarketingWhat We OfferHealth and Life Insurance Accenture days, 3 additional vacation days On site doctor Birthday leave Internet reimbursement
