You’re a storyteller who can concept, write, and shape brand-building copy—from video scripts and social posts to landing pages and banners. You have boundless creativity and curiosity, a customer-first lens, and an openness to feedback. You also have a genuine interest in fashion; you follow what’s happening from the pre-loved market to street style to the runways. Experience writing for fashion audiences is a huge plus.What You’ll DoConcept and develop copy for video, social, onsite, offsite display, and more.Write pitch-perfect, on-brand copy that’s tailored to our fashion audience: luxury, vintage, streetwear, and rare pre-loved fashion sellers and buyers. Collaborate closely with marketing, social strategy, the business team, events team, and other partners to bring campaigns to life.Present copy and creative to key collaborators with clarity and integrity.Occasional travel for team collaboration is expected.What You OfferBachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field. A minimum of 3+ years writing, editing, and concepting in the marketing, advertising, or media world, with the portfolio to prove it.The ability to study, learn, and apply our brand voice, and copy style across all marketing touchpointsFacility with Google docs, slides, and sheets; familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday a plus.Strong writing and editing skills, coupled with proficiency in offering endless iterations on one subject. A collaborative can-do attitude, openness to sharing ideas in an open forum, and ability to receive feedback and apply it constructively.An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing multiple tasks from multiple collaborators.A flexible attitude and a roll-with-it demeanor. A sense of humor—but no puns, please. Who You’ll Work WithAn award-winning internal creative team made up of senior writers and designers, motion designers, art directors, copy managers, videographers, associate creative directors, and creative directors. A passionate, hardworking, and nimble bunch for whom no project is too small and none too big (read: daunting) for us to deliver on. We prioritize effort over ego, creativity over quick completion, and quality over absolutely everything. The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:C$85,600 - C$114,300Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
