This role requires native-level German proficiency. You will be writing confidently in both German and English, crafting headlines, scripts, and stories that resonate across cultures. This role is ideal for an emerging talent looking to develop their skills and make a significant impact early in their career. You will bring curiosity, precision, and originality to everything you do — from a single social caption to a full campaign narrative, from shaping user journeys to writing for cutting-edge digital products.Role RequirementsCreate engaging and impactful copy across channels, including ATL, digital, social, experiential, film, and emerging mediaCollaborate with art directors, designers, technologists, strategists, and creative directors to shape concepts and bring big ideas to lifeWrite with clarity, creativity, and craft, adapting tone and style to fit different brands, audiences, and platformsContribute to the development of narratives for innovative services, apps, and connected experiencesSupport senior creatives in pitches and presentations with fresh thinking and sharp storytelling, while being proactive and working independently.Deliver work with high attention to detail, accuracy, and consistencyStay attuned to cultural trends, technological shifts, and new forms of storytelling, applying them to creative solutionsQUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICSExcellent written and spoken German at a native levelExcellent written and spoken English at a professional levelA portfolio that demonstrates craft, imagination, and the ability to think across media, technology, and formatsA natural wordsmith — precise, inventive, and passionate about languageEnthusiastic about brand storytelling, cultural narratives, and shaping ideas that connect emotionallyCurios about new technologies and digital platforms, with an interest in how they expand the possibilities of storytellingCollaborative, open-minded, and eager to learn and growPractical copywriting experience in an agency setting or through internships is a plusExplore our extensive range of benefits here.We believe great work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
