You’ll shape messages across our app, website, emails, push, and ads-cutting through the noise and helping people move money safely, save smarter, and feel in control. This role is for someone who cares about impact, enjoys writing in many formats, and knows how to tune copy for performance, different tones, and different audiences.What You’ll Do:Content/Copy Development for PEXXWrite and edit clear copy for many channels: app screens, website pages, emails, push, paid ads, social posts, FAQs, and blog articles.Make complex money/crypto topics simple (KYC, top-up, transfer, fees, stablecoins).Follow PEXX brand voice, style, and compliance rules.Create UX copy for key flows: sign-up, KYC, send/receive, cash-in/cash-out, errors, settings.Write customer stories and use cases to show impact Do quick research to understand target users and apply best practices in every piece.Review and proofread for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone.Update website/app content when things change (features, fees, guides).Cross Functional RelationshipsWork closely with Marketing, Product, Growth, Design and Customer Support to keep messages accurate and easy to trust.Provide copywriting and proofreading support across teams to ensure top quality messaging.Use SEO basics and feedback loops (tests, metrics, user input) to improve content over time. Partner with external agencies/creators and share insights from creative performance.ResearchTrack industry trends in payments, stablecoins, security, and scams to keep content current.Monitor audience insights (surveys, support tickets, interviews, analytics) to guide topics and tone.Watch competitors and leading fintech brands for ideas and gaps we can use. What We’re Looking For:Minimum 4 years in a content-focused role (Copywriter/Content Writer/UX Writer) for tech or consumer products. Fintech/crypto is a plus.You can write in multiple brand voices while maintaining authenticity and platform native feel.Must be Fluent in English (writing & speaking): clear, simple writing with perfect grammar and good story flow. Can switch tone by audience and channel.Strong portfolio with clear before/after or impact (CTR, CVR, higher completion rates).Strong copy for app UX, website pages, emails, push, paid ads, social, FAQs, and blog articles.Can turn complex money/crypto topics into simple, trusted words; understands KYC, fees, errors, and help text.Comfortable with A/B tests; can read dashboards and act on findings.Excellent proofreading; consistent voice; follows style and compliance rules.Study users, watch competitors, and keep up with fintech/crypto trends to keep content clear and up to date.
