Coral Club is looking for a Reputation Manager to help us build trust, engage with our community, and proactively manage our online presence. 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & Analysis: Daily monitoring of brand mentions using YouScanIdentifying sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and categorizing feedbackSharing relevant feedback across internal communication channelsCommunity Engagement:
Responding to reviews and questions on company profiles across various platformsEngaging with users on app stores and other key review sourcesProfile Management: Creating and updating company and distributor profilesProviding access to responsible partnersKeeping information accurate and up to dateReputation Protection: Filing complaints regarding inappropriate or misleading contentAssisting in the removal of harmful or false websites and contentSocial Media: Responding to comments and direct messages on official groups on behalf of the companyAdditional Tasks:
