The role:
Lead and elevate brand and marketing design across multiple sectors and regionsCreate and enforce visual brand identities across all touchpointsCollaborate with UK and International marketing teams to localise and adapt creative contentGuide, mentor, and inspire in-house designers and freelancersManage multiple projects at pace while maintaining exceptional qualityPartner with agencies, printers, and tech teams to bring visions to lifeChampion consistency and creativity across all internal and external communicationsExperience:
10+ years’ design experience, with 2+ in a senior creative or lead roleDegree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, and/or FigmaExperience working with Middle Eastern or global brandsA stunning, versatile portfolio spanning brand identity and campaign executionExperience managing teams and external creative partnersStrong background in tech/digital and corporate brandingConfident presenter with excellent communication skillsIndependent, proactive mindset with collaborative energyWillingness to travel internationally when needed
