Financial Controller

As Cornerstone Türkiye, we are seeking an Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist on behalf of our global client In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting operations and supporting financial reporting , budgeting processes in line with both local regulations and international standards. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Execute day-to-day accounting tasks including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets✔ Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings✔ Prepare statutory and management reports in accordance with TFRS and IFRS✔ Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis✔ Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance✔ Collaborate with global and local teams on financial reporting and process improvementsIdeal Candidate Profile:

🔹 At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, ideally in multinational companies🔹 Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations, TFRS, and IFRS🔹 Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel🔹 Fluent in both English and Turkish🔹 Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a structured and dynamic environment🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills📍This is a full-time on-site position based in Istanbul, offering the opportunity to contribute to a well-established international organization. 📩 If you're ready to take on a key role in a collaborative and professional finance team, we welcome your application.
