Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities/Key Results Area:Lead and deliver consultng projects in the commercial and corporate banking space: resolve complex strategic problems, synthesize and manage complex project structures when required, manage, facilitate and implement consulting services and meet client's business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants' and other vendors’ supervision and project delivery). If required, work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of consulting recommendations, marketing campaigns, product value propositions, product migrations, etc. Use VISA and external data to analyze client needs across CISSEE market and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with VISA’s key clients. Partner close with Visa VCS function at both CISSEE and CEMEA Level in identifying synergies opportunities in go to market and offer bundling, as well as supporting VCS in structuring deals pitches and presentations for selected key clientsIn coordination with Country Managers, Account Executives and VCA geographic leads, develop plans for consulting activity in the sphere of Commercial and Corporate banking. Develop project pitches and secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagements opportunities via a consultative sales approach in assigned markets. Work closely with other VISA groups, including, Sales, VAS, Marketing etc., to ensure a seamless Consulting experienceSupport Visa’s business development and VCA and VCS teams in developing client partnership pitches and proposals. Lead knowledge sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients. Become a CISSEE point of reference for topics related to Corporate and Commercial banking advisoryWhere appropriate, work with designated practice areas globally to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and leverage global consulting solutions. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. At least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in primary strategy or management consulting firmAdditional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks, Strategy or business Functions would be a plus, as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement spaceSolid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, including advanced client contact, public speaking skills and advanced skills in using Excel and Power point. Combination of regional and global experience is also desired, previous work experience across multiple key CISSEE countries (Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia) would be a differentiating factorStrong track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients and leading strategy engagements end-to-endProficiency with Generative and Agentic AI in terms of trends, use cases, and personal use of the tools is required. Diplomatic skills to work in a multi functional environment and ability to extract desired outcomes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA. Relationship management skills, should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levelsResults driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused. Self-motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory, Fluency in Ukrainian or Azerbaijani would be a plusAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
