Your key responsibilities:Provide clear information on Securities products (Custody & Fund Administration) and requirement for account opening for both local and offshore marketsCoordinate with Primary local sales team to establish new relationship to maintain existing clients, and to cross-sales with other local business units of the Bank to achieve organizational goalsSupport Securities Services Business Head & Regional sales RFP, DDV and client visits, incl. service review meetings with clientsResponsible for the initial engagement of the client up to the execution of the Fee proposal, Agreements to close the dealPrepare and submit revenue reports and forecasts to managementHandle all account opening (legal) documents, incl. verifying and uploading legal documents of clients into SmartDoc platformWorking closely with related teams to ensure the account opening is in accordance with existing procedures, meet the regulations, and account’s purposeWorking closely with broader Securities Services team globally, and other Corporate Bank products and Deutsche Bank divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver against revenue targetsRepresenting Securities Services within and outside Deutsche Bank Group in co-ordination (including client forums, conferences & Custodian Club regular meetings)Production of clear account plans for a portfolio of clients and briefing memos when required. Adhering to and promoting timely, transparent documentation of sales activities through call reports and the use of SalesforceMonitoring market development & regulations change and impact to clients both local & offshorePrepare and publish Newsflash on to local market regulations & related activities in a timely manner to keep clients up-to-dateWorking closely with Securities Services Operations team on day-to-day process to minimize issuesHandle client inquiry in Salesforce Portal for 24-hours ticket closure & MIS reportsLogging Complaint Report into SeS Power AppResponsible for BCP annual testing of Securities Services and to update all related documentations into DB BCM systemMaintain, review and update client’s documents per internal and regulatory requirements, including local market practice in relation to investmentsManage clients such that all requirements are handled efficiently & to comply to DB policies & compliance and to be complete within the timelineCo-ordinate and assist CLM team in all matters relating to KYC PR & liaise with other related units in producing required reports related to KYCYour skills and experience:Minimum Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 4-5 years of experience in banking and financial markets industry, especially in Securities Services (Custodian & Fund Administration) business and/or capital market productsSound knowledge of custodian, fund administration business and related products, regulations, and market trendsFluent in English and Thai languages is essentialStrong ability to establish, grow and maintain client relationshipsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamDemonstrating focus and discipline towards achieving targetsAbility to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services in competitive market environmentsExcellent communication skills, with an ability to write clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior clients and stakeholdersStrong negotiation, problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize against tight deadlinesHow we’ll support you: Flexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your careerAbout us and our teams:Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. click here to see what we do.
