Corporate Banking Officer

You will be part of an ambitious project and challenging environment.As the Corporate Banking Officer, you will be assisting the head of Corporate Banking Department to solicit new market opportunities and manage the existing portfolio.Responsible:Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets as set by Management.Participate in the negotiation of the contract terms and conditions proposed with clients.Participate in preparing credit proposal and follow up the whole credit approval process of the Bank (including approval from Head Office if necessary).Do the KYC/KYT, conduct and fulfill KYC/KYT compliance requirements.Do the customer due diligence review.Partially customer relationship manager functions including but not limited to new customer acquisition, maintain customer relationship, drafting credit applications etc.Review, update and maintain accurate client/credit files.Adhere to and understand risks to the Company and the client, do related analyze.Prepare reports to the Head Office and Local requirement.Participate in collecting and analyzing IT system requirements of corporate banking business, preparing requirement documents and test cases, and completing the UAT (User Acceptance Test).Participate in the reviewing and drawing up of related policies and procedures.Participate in internal department AML, KYC, and business training quarterly.Fulfill the department's daily admin work, and complete administration duties to assist operation and management of the department when required.Participate in business data collecting, sorting and inputting into business system.Qualification:Master Degree in finance, business, math, engineering, banking, accounting or management.At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial banking or other financial institutions.Experience in corporate banking business marketing in the European market.Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Chinese is an asset.Familiar with corporate banking products.Familiar with financial analysis and risk assessment.Excellent Microsoft Office tools skills, result-oriented and quality-driven.Customer marketing skill and customer resource in Europe or China can be a big plus.Strong negotiation skills and a very good command of commercial techniques.Highly motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic goals-driven environment.Professional certificates like CFA/FRM/ACCA is a strong plus.What we offer:Competitive Base Salary.Variety of Responsibility: this role will offer a dynamic working environment, and the opportunity to get involved in a wide scope of topics.Highly respectful, supportive, professional working environment.On-going opportunities for training, development and progression.
