Job Description

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities: To build corporate branding through press releases and enhance the corporate image of the CompanyTo build & manage the Corporate Website Management and ensure consistency within the Company Corporate groupTo work on marketing communication material for the various business unitsTo handle External Communications, Media Relations, and Social Media ManagementTo handle Media queries, replies and facilitate news filming and photography requestsTo manage Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing and Communication Collaterals Management. This includes communication of Company’s policies, drafting of press releases, updating of Company’s websites, and contributing to Company’s internal publicationsTo coordinate and facilitate media / analyst interviews with Senior ManagementTo assist in logistics for media interview, results briefingTo manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials and calendarsTo monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaignsTo provide support for initiatives and ensure that key corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistentlyTo involve in a common platform connecting all regional CompaniesTo assist Corporate Communications Manager in any ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related fieldStrong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plusProficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and corporate brandingFamiliarity with website management and content creationKnowledge of media relations, public relations, and crisis communicationExperience:Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing CommunicationsExperience handling external communications, press releases, and media relationsBackground in managing corporate websites, internal publications, and marketing collateralsExperience coordinating media interviews, news coverage, and corporate eventsExposure to working with international teams and stakeholders is an advantageSkills & Competencies:Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to develop and execute corporate branding strategiesProficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusSkilled in photo-taking and video editing for corporate communication and promotional useStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesCreativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage communication initiatives effectively
