Take the lead in how Troax Group communicates its vision, values, and results – ensuring a strong and consistent corporate voice. As Corporate Communication & IR Lead at Troax Group, you’ll be the person shaping our corporate voice and story – ensuring we communicate clearly, credibly, and with impact to investors, media, employees, and society. This role combines strategic thinking with strong storytelling to reinforce Troax Group’s position as the global leader in industrial safety.The role has two main focus areas:Corporate Communication – Strengthen our brand as well as internal engagement through clear, meaningful communication.Investor Relations – Build trust in the capital markets through transparent, accurate, and well-timed financial communication.The mission: Strengthen the position for Troax Group as the global leader in industrial safety and contribute to long-term value for both shareholders and stakeholders.Examples of what you’ll be doingCorporate CommunicationDevelop and drive the Corporate communication strategy.Draft, edit and publish press releases, corporate news, and executive messages.Develop media relations: coordinate press inquiries, organize interviews and structure press events.Develop internal CEO messages, key announcements, leadership messages, and transformation initiatives.Contribute to issues and crisis communication with clarity and alignment.Investor RelationsDevelop and execute the IR communication strategy.Support IR and ESG related materials, communication and road shows, ensuring compliance with disclosure rules, stock exchange regulations, and MAR requirementsMonitor investor sentiment, peer communication, and market trends.What you bringExperience in a corporate communication and/or investor relations–focused role, preferably within an international listed company.University degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or equivalent.Proven media relations skills and confidence in engaging with journalists.Strong writing skills for both corporate and financial content.Familiarity with financial reporting cycles, capital market regulations, and disclosure requirements.Experience in B2B is strongly preferred and in industrial/manufacturing companies or related industries is an advantage.Excellent English and Swedish written and spoken.Core strengthsStrong writer and storyteller – able to turning complex topics into clear, engaging messages.Hands-on approach with strategic mindset.High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Strong collaborator and relationship builder.Structured, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities.Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented.Culturally aware and effective in a global, cross-functional environment.You’ll work closely withGroup VP Marketing & Communication (direct reporting line)CEO & Group CFO including Finance TeamGroup LegalGroup and Regional Marketing TeamExternal stakeholders: journalists, investors, analysts, and financial media.Location: Jönköping or hybrid (1 day/week in the office)Ready to shape the voice of the global leader in industrial safety?
