This is a high-impact role for a creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with corporate goals.Craft compelling content for press releases, executive speeches, internal newsletters, and social media.Manage media relations, press events, and crisis communications.PR agency managementDrive internal communications to boost employee engagement and alignment.Ensure brand consistency across all messaging and channels.Analyze communication effectiveness and report on key metrics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in tech or global enterprise.Exceptional writing and editing skills.Proven media relations and crisis communication experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS/social platforms.Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.What We’re Looking ForStrategic thinker with a proactive mindset.Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience in change management communications is a bonus.Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
