Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Corporate ControllerIn the role of Corporate Communications Manager – Group Finance, you support the Corporate Finance leadership team in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy, plan and KPIs. You lead initiatives that align with our company's goals and serve as a strategic internal communications partner and advisor to the Corporate Finance leadership team.The position is based in Zurich.The work model for the role is: #hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Develop and implement a joint Finance internal communications strategy and plans that support the positioning, mission and vision of the Corporate Finance functionChampion initiatives that advance business goals while enhancing employee knowledge and engagementEnsure all communications are aligned with the organization’s overall messaging and brandingAct as a strategic communications partner to leaders across Corporate Finance function to increase awareness of their team’s purpose, priorities, and key outcomesSupport the communication of key projects, and eventsEnhance continuous improvement of internal communications processes, tools, and channelsWork seamlessly with counterparts across ABB’s corporate and business communications teams to promote a holistic and integrated approachRecognize team accomplishments and increase visibility of open rolesQualifications for the role:Minimum 10-12 years of experience from working in internal communications in an international company, preferably in a decentralized organizationAbility to understand and translate terms and information related to financial processes and data into plain language for a non-expert audienceStrategic mindset with the ability to “connect the dots” across different projects and functionsHistory of effective strategic formulation and executionProficiency in using communication tools and platformsAbility to engage with senior stakeholdersCreative and solutions-oriented, structured and good communicatorInner drive to engage, motivate and inspire employees on relevant topicsSupportive coworker skilled in building relationshipsAn encouraging and solution-focused mindset in the workplaceProficient writing skills in English are essentialKnowledge of finance and business processes is a plusMore About UsInterested in joining our team in this role?
