We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join the Corporate Communication & Brand team. This role is pivotal in shaping how Arjo engage leaders and employees on the exciting journey ahead - playing a key part in driving future success and supporting the evolution of the organization.Your mission and key responsibilitiesAs the Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Arjo communicate, lead, and engage across the organization. You will develop and execute strategic communication plans that bring Arjo’s business strategies and transformation efforts to life — ensuring the employees understand the vision, feel connected to Arjo’s purpose, and are motivated to contribute to the company’s success.Develop and execute communication strategies and plans that support business strategy implementation and organizational change.Partner closely with leadership teams to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across the organization.Translate business priorities into compelling narratives that inspire, engage and align employees.Manage both the strategic planning and operational execution of internal communication activities, including follow-up and evaluation to ensure they reach the right target groups and achieve the desired outcomes.Frame change initiatives as compelling narratives that help employees understand the “why” and feel motivated to engage.Train and coach leaders in Communicative LeadershipSelect and manage the most effective communication channelsTrack and evaluate communication impact to continuously improve effectiveness and reach.The position is located at Arjo headquarters in Malmö and you will report to VP Corporate Communications & Brand.QualificationsEducation: Academic degree or equivalent within the area of communication.Experience & skills:Documented experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of working directly with senior leaders.Expertise in leadership communication and change management communication, including aligning messaging with broader business and transformation strategies.Experience in coaching or training leaders in communication skills.Experience in crisis communication and managing sensitive messaging during times of uncertainty.Strong strategic, planning and operational skills, with the ability to connect communication to business goals.High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and guide leaders and employees through change, combined with strong stakeholder management skills.Confidence and credibility in advising and influencing at executive level.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and facilitating two-way dialogue.Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills in both English and Swedish.Project leading skills and a real passion for communication as a tool for driving business performance.A strong work ethic, a high level of integrity and a natural sense of responsibility.Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approachWhy Join Arjo?You’ll be part of a high-performing team that values creativity, clarity and togetherness.
