Together, we continue to grow through innovation, expanding our products into new territories, and building strong partnerships worldwide.Purpose of the jobWe are looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead and oversee Besins Healthcare’s global compliance program. Reporting to the General Counsel, with a dotted line to the Compliance Committee, this role is key to promoting integrity, transparency, and accountability across all regions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and monitoring of global compliance policies and programs.Identify and mitigate compliance risks, conducting investigations and recommending corrective actions as needed.Deliver training and advisory support to employees, management, and regional teams on compliance matters.Conduct audits and continuous monitoring to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Organize and support quarterly Compliance Committee meetings; maintain documentation and track open issues.Represent Besins Healthcare externally in professional associations and regulatory forums.Qualifications & ExperienceLegal background (LLB or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in compliance or corporate governance, including proven success in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Advanced certification such as CCEP strongly preferred.Proven track record in implementing compliance programs, audits, investigations, and training initiatives.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advise executive leadership.Commercial awareness and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.Interested?
