THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLEOverview: The People Resources Recruiter will be responsible for filling all store staff requests for our locations in CA and TX. Ensuring potential employees are a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Assist in recruiting for new store openings• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. • Collaborate with the People Resources team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to a positive and efficient hiring environment. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant experience. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills. • Has shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.
• Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information. • Ability to work independently, or with little supervision. • Strong knowledge of state, local and federal practices and compliance recruiting requirements.
