Overview: The Graphic Designer will assist lead designer with in-store elements all printed materials in stores (like menu, cups, labels, toast boxes, etc. ) as well as help with launches throughout the year and help with planning merch launches. Key Responsibilities:
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed • Communicating with clients about layout and design • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary • Develop creative visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to menus, signage, promotional materials, social media content, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience for various projects. • Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials. • Create eye-catching graphics that effectively communicate messages and promotions to engage customers and drive foot traffic. • Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously elevate the company’s design aesthetics. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials meets expectations. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer or in related field. • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, XD (a plus if you know Premier Pro or After Effects) • A strong eye for visual composition. • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Able to give and receive constructive criticism. • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. • Experience with computer-aided design.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital graphics, and branding elements. • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Ability to adapt to changing design requirements and work independently. • Prior experience with food and beverage branding or food-related designs is a plus.
