At the same time, being in the travel industry allows us to harness our passion and embrace the traveler in our hearts to pursue the perfect lifetime trip for ourselves.In this Role, you’ll get toProvide legal advice on general corporate matters in English and Korean.Translate, draft, and review contracts, terms & conditions, and other agreements (English/Korean).Assist with domestic litigation, dispute cases, and regulatory investigations, including coordination and response.Interpret and advise on relevant laws and regulations, such as Personal Information Protection Act, Electronic Commerce Act, and regulations on terms & conditions.Collaborate with the corporate legal team on compliance projects.Support general legal matters related to company operations.Conduct research on new laws and regulations and assess their implications for the company.Receive and handle regulatory and court documents.Provide support for maintaining company qualifications and compliance.What you'll Need to SucceedLaw degree or related field, with strong understanding of Korean laws and regulations.Business-level proficiency in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.Responsible, with the ability to execute tasks thoroughly and deliver complete results.Proactive and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving abilities.Analytical mindset with ability to assess issues from multiple perspectives and collaborate effectively across departments.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Experience in litigation matters or legal consulting is preferred, with a business-oriented mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm.Understanding of e-commerce and online platform businesses.Multilingual capabilities, particularly Chinese.Experience working in multinational or cross-border legal environments.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
