This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, contribute to the rapidly growing digital asset market, and make a significant impact. You use data and analysis to make decisions and recommendations, are a self-starter and have credibility with senior leaders and peers. You will have the opportunity to directly influence business growth and become a leader in a fast-evolving asset class.The Role:Your responsibilities will include:1. Corporate Finance Initiatives:Identify and engage potential investors to support the company's growth objectives.Develop compelling investment materials and presentations.Manage relationships with existing and prospective investors.2. Partnerships and Corporate Development:Source and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities to enhance business expansion.Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with company goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives.3. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):Identify and assess potential M&A targets that complement the company's strategic direction.Conduct financial analyses, valuations, and due diligence.Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to execute transactions.4. Special Projects:Lead cross-functional projects that are critical to the company's growth and not part of regular operations.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.Ensure timely and effective execution of special initiatives.Qualifications and ExperienceTo be a successful applicant, you are likely to meet the following criteria:Experience: 5 to 7 years in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development roles, preferably within top-tier global firms.Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
