If you are passionate about M&A, corporate strategy, financial modelling, and deal-making, this is a rare opportunity to be at the centre of transformative decisions.What you will be doing:Lead and manage end-to-end corporate finance initiatives, including M&A, divestments, joint ventures, partnerships, fundraising (debt/equity), and capital restructuring.Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, valuations, and develop financial models for strategic decision-making.Support and coordinate due diligence activities, including reviewing documents, financial models, presentations, and transaction materials.Partner with Management on shareholder value optimisation initiatives — including new business opportunities, revenue enhancement, cost optimisation, market expansion, and tax/fund flow structuring.Drive and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed within budget and timelines.Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and annual business plans.Work closely with the CFO on company financial models, cash flow projections, and performance metrics.Assist in coordinating and supporting the company’s ESG-related matters and reporting.What you should have:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in investment banking.Experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate financeStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsHands-on experience with M&A, due diligence, deal evaluation, or strategic projectsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skill.High adaptability, independence, and the ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneouslyCompetitive salary starting from RM12,000.At OMS Group, you’ll be part of a forward-looking organisation with regional presence, strategic growth plans, and opportunities to work on impactful, high-value corporate projects.
