CORPORATE FINANCE, SUSTAINABILITY ANALYSTMAIN OBJECTIVEFinance professional with 2 years of experience in corporate finance, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance. Specialized in CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESG integration within financial strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with evolving EU sustainability regulations while supporting our broader ESG reporting and integration strategy. You will work cross-functionally with finance, sustainability, and legal teams to implement CSRD-aligned processes and help shape our corporate reporting landscape in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).Adept at translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable reporting processes and aligning financial reporting with sustainability goals. Strong knowledge of EU Taxonomy, GRI, and ESRS frameworks. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Led the implementation of CSRD-aligned reporting structures across the finance department for Portugal, The Netherlands, France, and India.Collaborated with sustainability and legal teams to conduct double materiality assessments.Developed internal processes for ESRS-aligned disclosures and KPIs.Acted as the liaison between auditors and internal teams regarding sustainability data assurance.Participated in early-stage CSRD preparations, including gap analysis and ESG data collection strategy.Led cross-functional projects on sustainable finance and risk management.Keeping up to date with local legislation and providing adequate communication of changes to management areas and other teams when necessary.Be diligent and maintain 'professional skepticism' when performing and supervising the activities and processes under their responsibility, including but not limited to: (i) maintaining focus and attention to the accuracy and validity of the data under analysis, (ii) requesting additional documents when necessary to carry out these analyses, (iii) identifying, communicating, escalating and assisting in the resolution of possible risk situations ("red flags") and/or problems related to compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
