The company develops and operates projects such as solar, wind, hydro, and energy storage, with the goal of supporting long-term energy transition efforts.Role SummaryThe Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for assessing investment prospects, managing financial evaluations, and supporting the execution of strategic transactions. This position is suited for someone with strong financial acumen, solid modeling capability, and the ability to interpret commercial drivers within the energy sector.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesSource, review, and screen potential project and business opportunities in the renewable energy space.Build, refine, and maintain financial models to assess project viability, return profiles, and capital requirements.Develop internal papers, reports, and presentations that outline key findings and recommendations for decision-makers.Coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities, including technical, financial, legal, and commercial assessments.Assist in structuring partnerships, investment arrangements, and financing packages with advisors, lenders, and counterparties.Track the financial performance of ongoing projects and prepare periodic updates for management.Monitor sector trends, market shifts, and policy or regulatory changes relevant to the energy industry.Maintain productive relationships with developers, advisors, financial institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or any related field.5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, investments, mergers & acquisitions, or similar fields.Background in the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector is an advantage.Strong command of financial modeling, valuation methods, and investment analysis.Good understanding of regulatory considerations related to energy and project development.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.Sharp analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a solutions-driven mindset.Postgraduate studies (MBA, MSc) or professional certifications (CFA) are beneficial but not required.What the Company ProvidesCompetitive compensation with performance-linked rewards.Exposure to high-impact sustainability and clean-energy initiatives.Cross-border collaboration with regional teams.A culture that values purpose, ownership, and long-term development.Why This Role MattersThis position offers the opportunity to work at the center of strategy, finance, and sustainability.
