Corporate Finance Manager (EMIRATI)

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s long-term funding strategy and capital structure. The successful candidate will drive structured financing initiatives, manage corporate debt portfolios, and ensure the company maintains a strong, well-balanced financial position. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to key decisions that support sustainable growth and financial excellence as a 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver secured and unsecured financing projects, including asset-backed funding, revolving credit facilities, and debt market transactions.Develop strategies for optimizing capital structure, refinancing, and cost of funds to support the organization’s balance sheet strength.Analyze and manage the debt portfolio to ensure diversification across instruments, maturities, and counterparties while minimizing risk exposure.Oversee treasury planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to support long-term financial objectives and operational efficiency.Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, advisors, and internal teams while guiding and developing junior team members.Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, FP&A, banking, or consulting.Strong understanding of structured finance, capital markets, and corporate funding mechanisms.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions.Benefits:Join a forward-thinking organization where you’ll have the opportunity to shape financial strategy and deliver meaningful impact.
