A Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of a corporation, focusing on maximizing profitability, managing risks, and ensuring the company’s financial stability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies to achieve corporate goals.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Evaluate investment opportunities and manage capital expenditure.Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management.Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.Monitor financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Oversee treasury management, including cash flow and liquidity management.Experience in leading the Merger & Acquisition process.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.Requirements and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Preferably in Food & Beverage Industry.Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial projects.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong knowledge in advance Excel and Powerpoint.
