JOB DESCRIPTION The team member will play an active role in leading and executing Corporate Finance Capital Markets transactions, including both ECM and DCM mandates. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:• Managing and executing debt issuances and IPO processes end-to-end, • Leading the origination of new mandates and identifying business opportunities, • Conducting in-depth financial, commercial, and sector analyses of companies and assets, • Preparing and delivering high-quality transaction documents and presentations under tight deadlines, • Building detailed financial models and performing company valuations using generally accepted methodologies, • Overseeing process management and maintaining effective communication with clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, • Actively participating in — and when appropriate, leading — marketing, origination, and investor meetings, • Coordinating with and supervising legal (sub)advisors throughout the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.Recruitment Process StepsResume Screening → Department Manager and HR Interviews → Personality Inventory and English Test → Case Study (may vary depending on the department) → Reference Check → Meeting with the Deputy General Manager → Offer ProcessAt TSKB, where we embrace a fair, ethical, and inclusive banking approach, we ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
