Corporate Finance Senior Manager

Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forWe are currently looking for candidates for a position of Senior Manager in the dynamically developing Corporate Finance Team in Bucharest, who has:6 or more years of experience in Investment Banks, M&A / Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Valuation & Modelling departments of advisory firms ideally with international or regional presencePrevious experience in Project Finance / Debt Advisory would be a plusSolid understanding of valuation and modeling techniquesGood financial analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in teams & good project management skillsExcellent knowledge of Excel based toolsA strong command of spoken and written EnglishYour future roleEffectively leading a team in planning, managing and executing M&A projects including:Daily management of the projectsPreparation of project documentation: teasers, information memorandum, financial forecasts, client presentations, etc.Financial modelling and analysis of transactionsCoordination of project deliverables, preparation and supervision of project timetablesPreparation of data roomsOther activities as appropriate to complete the projectContributing to business development and the sales processIdentifying and effectively dealing with risks, project extensions, etc.Maintaining high quality and professional standardsCompliance with risk procedureActing as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team, providing on the job training and feedback
