Corporate Finance Specialist

We're looking for a freelancer, 6 months.We are seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to support corporate and project financing activities within an international organization. This role focuses on funding strategy, treasury operations, and financial risk management, working closely with senior finance leadership.You will contribute to both short-term and long-term financing solutions, manage hedging activities, and support funding transactions in the financial markets. The position combines analytical work, market interaction, and operational treasury responsibilities.Key responsibilities:Support the structuring and execution of corporate and project financing transactionsParticipate in debt funding processes and capital market operationsMonitor financial markets and assess exposure to interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risksPropose and implement hedging strategies to reduce financial riskAssist in negotiations with financial institutions and market counterpartiesContribute to treasury reporting and ensure accurate financial documentationSupport internal stakeholders with financial analysis for strategic initiatives and investmentsProfile:Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or similarExperience in corporate finance, project finance, or treasury managementSolid knowledge of financial instruments, debt structuring, and hedging techniquesStrong analytical and reporting skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and demanding environmentAble to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external financial partnersNice to have:Experience with capital markets or structured financeKnowledge of sustainable finance or energy transition topicsMultilingual skills (English required; other European languages are an asset)Contract: long-term opportunityWork model: hybrid possibleStart: ASAPInterested?anne@bimona.be
