We are currently assisting a prestigious investment management firm in Luxembourg in the recruitment of a Corporate Governance Officer to strengthen its legal and operational team.Your RoleAs part of the Luxembourg legal and governance department, you will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities linked to the management and administration of the group’s Luxembourg entities. You will work closely with international colleagues and external advisors to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare board and shareholder meetings, including drafting minutes and resolutions.Ensure regulatory filings and corporate records are accurate and up to date.Liaise with external advisors and notaries for incorporations, amendments, or dissolutions.Support compliance and KYC/AML processes for Luxembourg entities.Assist with transaction-related documentation and approvals.Contribute to the efficiency and organisation of internal processes.Your ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in a similar corporate or legal role in Luxembourg (asset management, fund services, or law firm background).Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and governance practices.Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French or German is a plus.Excellent command of Microsoft Office and comfort with digital filing tools.The OfferCompetitive compensation package with benefits.Private healthcare coverage and wellness allowance.Exposure to an international and collaborative environment with career growth opportunities.Why Join This Opportunity?You will become part of a dynamic and expanding organisation, where you will be rewarded with an attractive salary aligned with your skills and experience.
