Corporate Information ManagerDutch speaking Deventer / Enschede / Hybrid32 hours/ week 12+ months contract The Corporate Information Manager (CIM), together with the BSO Director, is strategically responsible for the further professionalisation, integration, and governance of information provision. The CIM directs, professionalises, and ensures coherence between strategy, policy, architecture, information security, privacy, and the development of the IT portfolio. The BSO Director does this for the focus areas that are part of the BSO.The Corporate Information Manager will be responsible for:Bears strategic responsibility for Information Security & Privacy (IB&P), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Architecture and Information Management;Functionally manages the Information Management departments.Provides hierarchical and functional leadership to the IB&P and Architecture IV policy advisors, BCM and Data & Content Management and AI teams within DBI;Chairs the various IT domain portfolio boards and the Portfolio, Architecture and Risk Board and is a member of the steering groups of major strategic IT projects;Advises the Executive Board and in particular, the portfolio holder for IT on the course and developments in the IT field within and outside.Specific change assignmentsSeveral major change initiatives are underway, in which the CIM plays a leading and ultimately responsible role or is involved:1. Implementation of a new Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modelThe CIM is responsible for the design, implementation and assurance of this model, in close cooperation with the Control, Finance & Audit department.2. Further development of IV governanceThe CIM is responsible for the further implementation, anchoring and further development of this governance, so that management, decision-making and ownership are clearly established within the organisation.3. Further development of portfolio management and agile workingThe management of the current IV portfolio is not yet sufficiently mature and needs to be further developed with a focus on managing strategic goals, efficient deployment of resources and benefits management.The CIM contributes to the further professionalisation of portfolio management and the development of more agile working methods.4. Participate in the redesign of information managementThe Corporate Information Manager will ideally have the following skills:Academic working and thinking level;Has at least 10 years of management experience as a CIM/CIO at a strategic level.Extensive experience with information management and digitalisation at the strategic and administrative level;Preferably experience in (higher) education;Demonstrable knowledge of governance, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, information security & privacy and AI;Experience with change processes and agile working.If the above role interests you, please apply, send your most up-to-date CV or call me for more information about this position.Kevin Lindijer
