Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Limassol!We are a leading law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in corporate and commercial matters of law and all related and ancillary fields. Our practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, property, mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, and the niche of financial services — advising on the regulatory, corporate, and commercial aspects concerning investment firms, insurance companies, alternative investment funds, and other regulated entities. Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be actively involved in the daily practice of our team and it is expected to: Handle matters across corporate law, commercial law, property law, and employment law; Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in these areas; Assist in M&A, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions; Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, advices and reports; Advise clients on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements; Prepare and file documents with relevant registries and authorities; Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders; and Support in litigation and dispute resolution where required. Requirements Law degree from a reputable university; At least 2 years of post qualification experience in corporate and/or commercial law; Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written); Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail; and Some litigation experience and/or knowledge of Russian or Arabic will be considered an advantage. What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment in a pioneering and young corporate law firm; Exposure to high-quality, international corporate and financial services work; Friday afternoon off; Participation in corporate events and team building activities; Occasional performance-related bonuses; and Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.  If you are a smart and driven lawyer interested in joining our team, please apply by sending your CV to admin@playbell.comWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
