We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus)Min. 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal advisory (banking or financial preferred)Strong knowledge of contract law, banking regulations, and corporate governanceProven experience in handling legal documentation, litigation, and regulatory complianceFamiliarity with intellectual property, employment law, and dispute resolutionProficient legal writing and reportingStrong communication and coordination skills with external partiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
