Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end company setup and licensing, including NIB, PKKPR, and sectoral approvals.Support land and property due diligence, document review, and legal compliance.Draft and review agreements related to land acquisition.Track licensing progress and address delays.Liaise with authorities to ensure smooth application processes.Coordinate with vendors and legal partners.Provide project updates and compliance reports.Monitor regulatory and licensing changes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in law. Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal, licensing, land/property legal matters, or client services in a consulting, law firm, or professional services environment. Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including the OSS system, investment/licensing procedures, and corporate governance. Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and corporate instruments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written). High attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Please apply directly or send your updated CV to job.id@incorp.asia
