Corporate M&A Associate (1 - 3 PQE)

We are partnering with a reputable law firm in their search for a Legal Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice. Key Responsibilities:Advising on a broad spectrum of corporate matters including private M&A, joint ventures, disposals and venture capital investments.
