POS-8535As a Hubspot Sales Leader for our Corporate Growth Specialist team, you will execute our world-class sales methodology, hire exceptional talent, deliver sales quota each month, uncover strategies to coach and develop your team and build a sales environment and culture we can be proud of.What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager?In This Role, You Will Need ToLead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targetsBuild confidence & trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvementCoach team members to develop their professional sales skillsHold team members accountable of their performance and KPIsCollaborate well with other sales managers, directors & executives to aid the growth of the business as well as cross-functional teams across the organization. Supervise & conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product & marketing topicsStrong sales skills & ability to teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team membersMaintain headcount via recruiting, selecting and training new Corporate Growth SpecialistsMaintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platformUnderstand your country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow themDemonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traitsUnderstand leadership training styles and apply to interactions with direct reportsWhat are the role requirements?4+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team required Professional fluency in English and SpanishExperience managing sales teams selling for LATAM.Experience leading teams with consultative sales processes with upmarket companies, including managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and developing business cases, proof of concepts, pilots and executive briefings.Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results and coach team members on HubSpot’s sales methodologies from prospecting to closing.Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectivesStrong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and build growth plansAbility to work cross functionally to drive business results through collaborationStrong individual & team motivation skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skillsPersonal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitudeThis role is open to remote candidates that are based in ColombiaWe know the confidence gap and impostor syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form.At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection.
