Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join their office in Los Angeles. The team provides comprehensive legal counsel to public and private entities through every stage of the business cycle, advising clients on all aspects of business operations — from corporate governance and compliance to financing, growth opportunities, and strategic transactions.
