We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to help lead our next phase of growth. Join us in shaping the future of quantum innovation.Who You AreYou thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and take ownership from idea to execution.Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development - ideally in technology, consulting, R&D services, or emerging tech sectors. Background in the quantum sector would be a big plus.Curious about quantum technology; a technical background is helpful but not required.Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; able to translate complex concepts clearly.Highly disciplined and organized, with the ability to excel in a fully remote setting.What You’ll DoSource & Qualify Leads: Identify prospective partners across finance, energy, materials science, and other sectors exploring quantum solutions.Build & Maintain Pipeline: Manage CRM workflows, nurture relationships, and maintain a visible, predictable sales funnel.Develop Proposals & Pitches: Translate technical quantum capabilities into clear value propositions and tailored engagement models.Close New Engagements: Lead prospects through discovery, scoping, contracting, and conversion to active projects.Represent QSL at Events: Join select conferences (limited travel) to network, present, and showcase QSL’s offerings.Strategic Planning: Contribute to organizational strategy and help shape new service lines, partnerships, and research directions.
