Roles and Responsibilities: Develop an integrated methodology for institutional performance management aimed at effectively measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Contribute to aligning operational objectives and KPIs of organizational units with the overall strategy Collect KPI data and ensure ongoing monitoring of performance against defined targets, with continuous supervision of data accuracy and quality. Analyze and evaluate institutional performance based on KPI results, identifying opportunities for improvement—particularly for underperforming indicators or those significantly exceeding targets. Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to relevant stakeholders, including analysis and improvement recommendations.
