The Corporate Planning/Strategy Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive company growth, and optimize financial performance. This role involves collaborating with senior executives, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, data-driven strategist with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering measurable results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategic and Annual PlanningIs responsible for the development, refinement and implementation of corporate strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.Together with Corplan Head, facilitates the annual strategic planning process and ensure alignment across departments and business units.Drafts the 5-Year Strategic Plan and the OKR and OKR review presentations to the FDC Execom; reviews the strategic plan and OKRs of the business segments and key departments to ensure alignmentPartner with leaders from various departments (BUs, finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure that strategic goals are properly integrated into each functions objectivesDevelop key result metrics and frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, and measure corporate and project success; track and evaluateCasts the 5-Year sales targets per project and launchesPrepares the Presidents, company OKRs for the year; reviews key officers OKRsEvaluates proposed launch line up for the year2. Performance MonitoringDevelops OKR scorecards to evaluate performance of departments and executivesTracks and evaluates business performance by developing performance dashboards for the business segments and sub-segments, and be responsible for maintaining theseEvaluates OKR accomplishment and performance appraisal reports of the business segments and individual leaders (key executives)Works with the Business Units for the adjustments/ catch up needed to ensure attainment of targetsEnsures the instructions of the President/ CEO or company directions that arise are cascaded clearly, followed through and executed; provide progress reports (may or may not be thru MS Planner)3. Management Reporting / MIS Reviews and consolidates monthly reports for FLI Execom/ BOD, FDC Executive Council; ensuresCreates and/or updates executive dashboards in a platform (e.g. PBI, Smartsheet, Sharepoint) for business metrics suchas sales, inventory, leasing, occupancyQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)5-8 years in corporate strategy, financial planning, or real estate investment analysisProven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategiesSolid experience in preparing high-level presentations for senior management and the board of directors, summarizing strategic insights, progress, and performance metricsDemonstrated experience in developing OKRs and performance scorecardsDemonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects10+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholdersExperience distilling and communicating data to all organizational levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and evaluate complex information.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications; proficiency in PowerBI an advantageStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often across different teams
