We are working with a highly regarded international law firm that is seeking a junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate practice in Singapore.This opportunity offers exposure to complex, high-value real estate transactions and advisory work within a collaborative and well-respected team. Recognised as one of the leading practices in Singapore, the team advises the full spectrum of property investment, development, financing, and leasing matters.In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of transactions including, but not limited to, whole-property acquisitions and divestments, hospitality and leasing transactions, and real estate financing. Their portfolio of clients ranges from institutional investors, global property funds, as well as hotel owners and/or operators.Key Responsibilities:Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions across various asset classesAct on real estate financing and refinancing matters involving banks, funds, and REITsSupport clients on structuring and documentation for hospitality, “built-to-suit,” and commercial projectsCollaborate with other practice groups on transactions involving real estate elementsKey Requirements:Singapore-qualified lawyer with around 1–4 years’ PQEPrior experience in corporate real estate and/or real estate financing gained from a reputable law firmStrong drafting, technical, and client-handling skillsExcellent communication, organisation, and research abilitiesA proactive, commercially minded team player with a genuine interest in the real estate sectorInterested parties may click on apply or contact Chewern@lumieresearch.com.EA Licence: 24S2198 | Reg: R1546560
