Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Experience (WX) Strategy - Enhance employee experience through workspace design and hybrid work programsAssist in space planning and workplace design projectsParticipate in global site strategy projects including consolidation, expansion or new projectsSustainability & GRESB - Support ESG data tracking and reporting aligned with green building and sustainability standards (energy usage, waste reduction,...)Assist in evaluating current projects against LEED certification requirementsAssist in gathering energy usage and waste reduction. Relaying data to internal ESG teamReal Estate Financial Modeling & Support – Support to analyze projected costs for lease renewal or site relocation optionsAssist in reviewing property information (availability and cost) provided by real estate brokersEngage in defining existing property operational costsCoordinate with internal teams to align real estate initiatives with operational goalsChange Management - Help manage transitions during workplace changes through planning and communicationAssist in answering general questions about workplace changes using information provided by internal and external teamsEngaging in workplace experience discussions with external professionalsData Analytics & Insights - Analyze occupancy trends, site utilization, and facility performanceEngage in review and analysis of occupancy and site utilization dataAssist in analysis of Work from Office trends against industry standards.Presentation Skills-Help prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholdersQualificationsPursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction, Sustainability or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh-level understanding of building related project schedulingProficiency in Excel, ACAD, PowerPoint; familiarity with building codes (IBC) and data tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusInterest in sustainability and workplace innovationExcellent communication and organizational skillsMore information about NXP in Germany...
