Join the Anabas Welcome TeamPosition: Corporate Front of House ReceptionistLocation: Near Liverpool Street, LondonSalary: £34000 per annumHours: Full-time 40 hours per week between 7am and 7pm on a rotating shiftOur Anabas Welcome division is currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious clients in the Liverpool Street area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable first impressions. A minimum of 2 years Corporate reception experience is required to apply for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome and greet all visitors in a highly professional and personable mannerEfficiently and courteously manage a busy email inbox, responding to all emails formally using concise spelling, grammar and use of professional languageSupporting clients and Execs in diary management, data compilation, presentation building, document preparation and other administrative tasksEscorting clients to meetings, engaging confidently with clientele to build rapport and hold formal, professional yet warm conversationsManaging a high number of meeting room bookings and supporting events departments in managing space, invites, set-ups, planning and technical supportConduct regular floor walks to ensure the client floor is at a high standardGenerate documents using professional and corporate language and good knowledge of Word and Excel is essentialPreparing refreshments and supporting Hospitality for guestsAssisting in the preparation for Fine Dining eventsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience of 2 years as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, serving high-end clientele and Law Firm environment experience preferredExcellent organisational and communication skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication and concise spelling, grammar and attention to detail is essential.
