Your New RoleYou will join a well‑established business school in Dubai, recognized for its accredited business programs and strong industry engagement. In this role, you’ll support the Head of Placements in driving student employability, expanding corporate partnerships, and leading a small team within a dynamic, multicultural academic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end‑to‑end placement and internship activitiesMentor and guide placement team members to ensure high‑quality deliveryDrive final placements through continuous, strategic corporate engagementBuild and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and internal stakeholdersIdentify and develop new industry partnerships that support institutional goalsAnalyze hiring trends and placement data to inform strategic decisionsPrepare and present reports, dashboards, proposals, and updates to senior managementCollaborate with regional and international teams on global placement objectivesRepresent the institution at corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forumsRequirements6–10 years’ experience in placements, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or academic–industry partnership rolesProven experience leading teams or projectsStrong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skillsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural, international settingHands‑on, solution‑driven mindset with strong ownershipAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyGCC / Middle East experience preferredWhat You’ll GainFamily medical insurance and annual flight ticketsA diverse, multicultural working environmentStrong industry exposure and senior‑level interaction
