About UsAre you passionate about hospitality, sales, and building strong business relationships?Join us at Tepe Restaurant & Lounge, one of Istanbul’s most elegant dining destinations overlooking the Bosphorus.We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives, develop partnerships, and grow our corporate event and group business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and manage a portfolio of corporate clientsEstablish and maintain business relationships with companies, travel agencies, hotels, and event organizersPlan and increase corporate event, group, and private booking sales in line with business targetsDevelop and execute sales strategies and campaigns in coordination with the marketing teamMonitor and report on monthly and annual sales goals and KPIsConduct market analysis, competitor research, and contribute to pricing strategyMaintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM systemQualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields)Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality, F&B, or restaurant industryProven experience in corporate sales, event management, or B2B client relations in hotel / restaurant industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in English (a second foreign language is an asset)Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skillsDynamic, result-oriented, well-presented, and a good team playerWhat We OfferA professional work environment with one of Istanbul’s best Bosphorus viewsPerformance-based bonus systemCorporate phone and transportation allowanceOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team culture
