Job Description:Organizes the general meeting of shareholders and meetings of the board of directors;Serves as liaison between the company, board of directors and its stakeholders;Undertakes clerical and administrative duties with regard to the implementation of corporate governance, including but not limited to the preparation of letters, memos, reports, minutes of meeting, and other documentation for the board of directors;Prepare annual report, and other required reports to board of directors, commissioners and stakeholders;Files and registers documents or forms on behalf of the company, acting as an authorized representative;Maintains and safeguards secretarial records and books;Provides administrative support and assistance to the board of directors and commissionersCoordinates meeting schedule for the board of directors, commissioners and stakeholders.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, law, office administration, and/or secretarial schoolsEffective communication, attention to details, strong decision-making and organizational skills are essential for this role.Willing to go on business tripsPlacement: East Jakarta
