It provides quality, accessible housing for the young generation while assisting landlords in transforming their assets into high-yield rental properties.Job SummaryThis role acts as a strategic operations and coordination partner for the Management team. You will ensure leaders’ time, priorities, and communication flow run efficiently across the organization. The role requires strong business understanding, agility, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.You will support leadership & management in managing schedules, preparing for high-impact meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are captured, and keeping cross-functional workflow moving smoothly. Your work enables the leadership team to make faster, better decisions and stay focused on high-value priorities.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership Productivity & Workflow ManagementManage and prioritize calendars of Management & leadership with a strong understanding of strategic priorities.Coordinate schedules across multiple leaders and avoid conflicts.Act as a gatekeeper for the leadership team, ensuring time is allocated effectively.Track key decisions, deadlines, deliverables, and commitments across departments.2. Meeting Readiness & Context ManagementPrepare meeting briefs with context, background, and required decision points for the leadership team.Attend meetings to capture notes, key insights, action items, and follow-ups.Ensure all participants receive pre-reads and post-meeting summaries.Provide quick, concise updates to leadership for ongoing initiatives.3. Cross-functional CoordinationFacilitate communication and alignment between Management and department heads.Help translate leadership priorities into actionable steps for teams.Ensure smooth information flow to support fast and informed decision-making.Follow up with teams to ensure key actions are completed on time.4. Operational Efficiency & Process OptimizationContinuously improve processes and tools that support Management effectiveness.Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions.Support preparation for strategic events such as management meetings, quarterly reviews, and town halls.Core CompetenciesStrong Business Understanding: Understands company goals, priorities, and workstreams to support leaders in making informed decisions.Fast & Structured Thinking: Able to absorb complex information quickly, simplify it, and highlight what matters.High Ownership & Proactiveness: Acts ahead of needs, handles ambiguity, and operates with strong initiative.Confidentiality & Integrity: Handles sensitive and strategic information with professionalism and discretion.Requirements:5–8+ years of experience supporting senior leaders as Corporate Secretary, PMO, CEO Office or Business Support.Experience in startups, tech, property, consulting, or high-growth environments is highly preferred.Comfortable working at speed, with shifting priorities, and across multiple executives.Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
